CHRISTIANITY YESTERDAY AND TODAY

In a relay race, there is no wall between the one running now and the one to whom the bating would be passed to continue the race. But our generation has created a big and thick wall of patition between the old time bible based christianity that was built on holiness, love and power; and this present days christianity. Their major concern was to make disciples and to propagate the gospel globally, while ours is to milk the undiscipled miracle seeking church goers and to build our worldly empire. Their driven-force was the precious souls of the lost, and this led them to go to dangerous zones with the gospel of SALVATION. But our generation is motivated to by finacial gains, and this is leading us to economically viable zones with the gospel of PROSPERITY. Joy of heaven and agony of hell made them preach with passion; but we preach for fear of demonic attack and to gain the world's wealth. IT IS HIGH TIME WE RETURN TO THE NARROW WAY, THE ACIENT PATH, THE HIGHWAY OF HOLINESS.
